Your Partner(s)-In-Crime

  • Category: Running Your Business

If the current situation has shown us nothing else, it’s flashing a giant neon sign that our relationships are the most valuable part of our existence.

And when things around us get a little—shall we say crazy—it’s good to have a handful of people in your corner.

When it comes to your business, think of them as your partners-in-crime.

The people who will help guide you toward choices that make the most sense and (hopefully) protect you from the occasional bad decision.

Think small, a carefully curated list of smart people you respect and trust.

Yes, it’s good to have a business coach in the mix, but even that isn’t enough. You want a couple other perspectives from people who walk in similar shoes as yours.

Who are willing to tell it to you straight or just listen when you need to talk out an idea.

Of course, you’ll do exactly the same for them which is why it’s a relationship. A valued relationship.

If you don’t already have the right partners-in-crime, now might be an excellent time to cast your net.
