Want to help? A Special Question For 50-ish+ Expertise Entrepreneurs

Are you 50-ish+?

I’m not checking IDs, just looking for expertise entrepreneurs who are feeling some new questions coming on (or are already deep in the weeds).

Questions like:

Is it time to design a glidepath where you can gradually work less as you age, even if you can’t imagine yourself retiring? Or do you need to ramp up NOW and then slow down later (those college tuition bills ain’t gonna pay themselves)?

Are you making an impact in a way that’s meaningful to you? Are you satisfied with your personal + professional contributions?

Do you have “enough” money or do you need to earn more? How much more do you need to live the life you’ve imagined?

What about that germ of an idea you’ve been playing with—is it time to build it into how you’re working now? And if yes, what’s the best way to do that?

Are you stretching yourself personally and professionally? What adventures are you still seeking for this next stage of your life?

There are more, but you get the drift. There comes a time when you see tantalizing glimpses of the next phase of your life + work, but you’re not exactly sure what they mean—or whether you’re ready to act on them.

You’re not alone. Many of my clients start re-thinking their businesses—and their lives—at this stage (I certainly have 😉). They have big questions that beg thoughtful consideration, plenty of experimentation and even some play that can feel foreign after all those years doling out expertise.

Frankly, this is an intriguing stage of business + life, full of opportunities to re-imagine, re-invent and re-position yourself for whatever you still want to create in the world.

I’ve been calling this transition—the kind where you’re recalibrating your life AND your work—a re*shift. (Learn more about it in this 7 minute podcast episode.) Before I decide to devote more time talking and writing about this, here’s my question for you:

Would you subscribe to a semi-regular email series on this topic?

I need a large enough beta group of readers to explore this and share experiences (the good, the incredible and the not-worth-repeating). If this sounds like it’s up your alley, just sign-up below…
