HERE’S HOW IT WORKS. I WILL:

Start with a deep dive on you, your business and your market so I can deeply understand your current space and where you want to go. Then, after focused market research, I will identify a first-cut “white space” niche—one that profitably taps into your unique genius.
Draft a Positioning Brief to frame your expertise into market positioning. It will include the revolution you’re leading, your ideal clients + buyers, your niche, your point of view, services/products, key messages (think sound bites) and your sales pitch.
Meet with you to discuss, review and finalize this proposed new positioning, which typically takes 1-2 (virtual) meetings and some slack interaction.
Finalize your Positioning Brief with a series of recommended next steps to incorporate your new messaging across your platforms and into your sales conversations.
Communicate between calls via a private slack channel.
