  • That was great! I liked the points at the end – good call to action of how to prepare ourselves to stop the flinching. For my fear of public speaking, I found Toastmaster to be a huge help (preparation, practice, and supportive people – all the points). I’ve since sent other staff through their program and it really helps with speaking, leadership, and confidence in the workplace.

This was really important to me yesterday when my VP decided on last minutes notice that I was to give a presentation. I was glad to have had all that practice and preparation in the past and it paid off.
